Shipping policy

At Hammer and Feather, we are happy to offer shipping to all destinations within Australia. When you make a purchase, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item(s) you have selected.

For larger units (Listed below) please contact us here or info@hammerandfeather.com.au for a shipping quote before making your purchase if you are located outside of a metropolitan city. We want to make sure you are aware of the shipping cost before you buy, and we are happy to provide you with a quote to avoid any unexpected fees.

As all of our products and furniture is made to order, we have a lead time for production of 1-2 weeks of receiving payment for smaller items and 8-10 weeks for larger units. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
